Affirmations For Today

Today I will honor my transformative self. I will bless every memory while releasing the painful ones. I will hold each moment in my mind like a photo in a scrapbook. I will honor my self by knowing which ones need to be in the front and which ones must move to the back.

Pains and joys. Laughter and tears. Each moment has helped me become the strong, confident, infinitely able woman I am today and will be tomorrow. Seek joy, y'all. Pass it on. (P.S. I think if you read the full message in the photo on Facebook, you might enjoy it. I enjoyed the writing of it.)
