Veggie Lovers,
Today's dinner: Organic, mostly... jasmine rice boiled in coconut milk and H20 - an experiment, a bit sticky but tasty adzuki beans cooked in sauteed garlic, onions, peanut oil, crushed peanuts, a bit of sea salt, and crushed tomatoes, spinach, still cooking...looking forward to see how it works, another experiment.
