Here are my pet peeves that have actually happened!
1. "My therapist tells me (fill in the blank)" Any sentence that starts with this, definitely is a concern for me. I'm all for self improvement and discovery but when someone you pay has to tell you what to think and/or do...I'm worried!
 2."You’re not the type of person I usually go for!" Then why are we on a first date...actually I don't want to know!  3. "My ex always used to say…" Do I need to say anymore!?  4. "I’m about to go on a trip for the next six months" Well adios amigo!
