Today I had my early Saturday morning eye doctor appointment, so I decided to have brunch when I returned home. I warmed up some breakfast potato hash, added roast beef and melted Havarti cheese on top of it. Cooked two eggs over easy, and toasted two sourdough English muffins and buttered them and used the last of some yummy Raspberry jam. I sated my appetite, for sure!
