I've done fairly well over the past 5 years at adjusting the way I eat and the foods I consume. I'm within 45 pounds of my weight goal, after being grossly overweight for nearly two decades. One of the latest changes I've made to my daily meal routines is to eat one whole avocado and I eat it at breakfast time, at the beginning of each day, so I don't feel deprived of tasty meal foods and to help my body as I age (gracefully
