Good Afternoon Lipstix,

Where I live, my best friend and I pay $900 a month for a four bedroom, 2.5 bath house. It is gorgeous here. Every day that I go power walking with Elijah, her son, we see wild bunnies and plenty of other animals. The East Coast of Florida is nice and most of it is snowbird central, but very quiet.

I hope they accept your offer and you can move. I don't want to live in this area anymore too congested and to cold in the winter. I want an area that is warm all year round.
