Good morning (barely) kitchen dwellers

and doing a little housework, laundry and such... still in pj's though

Yes, Lips...we did find a house in Florida and have an offer in...hoping they accept it. I never managed to sell my house here, but I do have a renter for it that can't wait to move in and is flexible on their move-in date...so that will work. It's not my first choice, but at least it will cover its own costs and we can wait for a better market. I'm anxious to get down there...being apart is tough.
