I drink it everyday with carrot juice. I also often juice organic spinach. Eat a lot of pears. There has been major changes in my joints and back since doing this. If I overwork myself or twist something I stay away from tomatoes, potatos, foods I know might make it worse and increase anti-inflammatory fruits and veggies. Then see if you can find biofreeze, run hot water over it 10 min if you can, dry and then apply the biofreeze
