Wishing you luck on the healthy preparations for giving up. Is it junk food that is your downfall or is it just substituting one oral fixation for another (any sort of food?). I tried really hard not to substitute cigs/joints for food. I still gained weight because my metabolism wasn't artificially speeded up by nicotine - not to mention hitting man-o-pause and becoming a sedentary student all at the same time ![]() Quote:
