I wonder how much of the 500 Gs they really get. I mean after taxes and stuff. It is weird to me that two previous winners came back on trying to win it again and neither seem to have had much in the ways of "change of life". I mean i feel if i had won that much money, my life would be forever changed and going on a tv show would be the last of my intentions.

They seem the same, from what i saw of Dick, as before winning the money and you never hear what they did with it. Or did i miss that.

I have no idea what the taxes would be, but Jordan did mention that she paid for Jeff's lasik procedure. One would think that "Here's what I did with my first half million...", would not go over well with the other people in the house. Which may be why Jordan didn't discuss it much'
