Happy Friday everybody! I'm off to a good morning.
BREAKFAST: apple cinnamon oatmeal half A multigrain thin bun with 1/4 tsp of butter black coffee - total of 175 calories. SNACK/LUNCH: 100 calorie butter popcorn peach light yogurt 80 calories. DINNER: 6 oz steak with A1 cup of green beans romaine salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and tbsp of fat free ranch I'm in training so situps / pushups start every morning and night along with walking / running several times a week. |
