I miss...
the simple and fresh Leave It to Beaver omelette at Cafe 50s in Venice, CA.
The Beav bacon, diced maters, sharp chedder -topped with hot sauce and a slathering of ketchup on the side -homestyle hashbrowns with peppers and onions -and a super hot cuppa Just yummie!
