i've coached girls youth softball for years and years. this is one of the sayings i've said so many times, ... if you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything at all. it still didn't keep them from hurting each others feelings at times, ... but i kept saying it anyway.
8 and under girls softball players have given me some of the best times as a coach. easy egos to coach. they listen with their hearts. |
