It has been much cooler this week, so......
Tuesday night I made: Thai chicken Satay (peanut sauce) and sticky rice Last night was: green chili burgers with cheddar sauce and tossed salad Tonight I made: green chili chicken Sousa (no tortillas) over baked potatoes. All were so good, that my Kasey had seconds instead of dessert!

We had breakfast for supper, too.
I didn't do any cooking but let the boys (my son and my boyfriend) make our meal. We had waffles, with butter and warm Maple syrup. Burnt bacon, too. And, hot cocoa with cinnamon.

I took a good friend of mine to dinner for her birthday. We both love Greek food, so of course we headed to a favorite Greek restaurant. I had a Greek specialty platter with a little of everything, and she had Mediterranean chicken with the fixings. We also had Saganaki which she had never had before. Then the waitress brought out some baklava with a birthday candle in it. I am glad that we went, it was a joy to see my friend smiling from ear to ear.
Both of us ended up bringing home enough leftovers for dinner tomorrow night.
