Healthy, particularly when it comes to mental health. And, contentment isn't all it's wrapped up to be, if you ask me.

My response below is based on the POV that a terrible person is a terrible person whether they're honest or not and I have no time for terrible people. But, you may have been asking if it's better to be a terrible person for telling the truth. If that's what you meant, and I'm almost certain that is what you meant after reading it a second time, then it's much better to be the terrible person. Love your questions)
