Heidi gets a Denamarin for life, to help with liver issues. It is difficult to get those in her anymore. I break them into halves & "hide" them in raspberries or cheese.
She also gets an 81mg. baby aspirin, which I also have to hide. Today was a cheese ball AND she ate cheese & spit pill out then ran off. Lil shit!

My baby kitties! The one facing the camera is the boy. The girl is a little more shy, but she comes around for snuggles sometimes.

I adopted a new cat yesterday. He's the brother of a cat I adopted last year. (He was returned to the original foster home when his adoptive family had to move last week. The foster home contacted me to see if I could take him and I was a sucker about it.) So today... Charlie, the new guy, had day two of learning how to interact with the other two cats and the dog. Our old lady cat, Oma, has just sniffed him, patted him on the head, and decided she loves him. His sister, Pepper, is quite annoyed that he followed her here and has been hissing and spitting at him. The dog learned the hard way last night not to nose the new guy too much. (Ninja strike to his face) and has been learning new boundaries with him. Meanwhile, Charlie has gotten a few dozen good belly rubs and is decidedly super relaxed about the entire situation.

My Seal Point Siamese Persian tried to steal the grilled teriyaki turkey off the hot grill....
My chickens ate the cat food... My sweet baby goats begged for butter cookies and followed me from the pasture to their nighttime enclosure without needing their leashes. And my crazy dog tried to HUMP and slobber all over Dave the animated Minion that Mawmaw gave me for my birthday. Every time Dave would say BANANAAAA...the dog would go nutts!!

Jacques fell into such a deep sleep that I was worried he was unwell....I woke him just to get his bleary eyed "what?" look...then of course I felt bad for waking him...
Yoda went with me to my office. Climbed the 3 flights of stairs...and was...cordial...to my manager....he's rather shy...I'm trying to get him used to new situations... Baby steps..
