I am cooking this tomorrow for supper. I have cooked it before and really liked it, so I thought I would share the recipe with you all.
I generally use collards but you can use any of the dark leafy greens, or even mix n match them. I also add a yellow onion to the mix just because. I use the plain gelatin from the grocery store.
