I'm watching it now. It's lame, but it's okay and I'll watch almost anything with Woody Harrelson.

Learning to Drive (2014) As her marriage dissolves, a Manhattan writer takes driving lessons from a Sikh instructor with marriage troubles of his own.

It has a stellar cast and I really enjoyed the quirkiness of it

I remember that movie. I actually enjoyed it but, for me, it falls into the same vein as Oceans 11, 12, 13...etc...which I absolutely loved, so I liked this one well enough for both of us.

Yeah, I'd throw this in with those films. They're okay, but not the kind of films I usually watch twice—that's what determines if I like a movie. I stopped this one halfway and will watch the second half tonight.

I started watching Grandma (Lily Tomlin) last night and really didn't like it. I'm gonna give it another try this weekend, I think.

I liked Grandma okay enough but it's not typical Tomlin fare. It felt more like a documentary to me the way they did the cinematography and I was a bit annoyed the way it ended. I did enjoy her scaring the shit out of the boyfriend though. lol

It was interesting that we were talking about this today.

I went to see Dirty Grandpa today and loved it. I laughed so hard. De Niro was awesome! Efron wasn't bad either but Bob stole the show. Also, Aubrey Plaza was a riot. Her and De Niro played well off of one another.

Not for the faint of heart and those who don't mind a little (LOT) of raunch.

Anywho, my point is that Now You See Me 2 is coming out next summer. I saw the preview before Dirty Grandpa and I had to laugh. Guess who is joining the cast of magicians?

Harry effin Potter.

Harry Potter, huh? Not sure I'll get around to NYSM 2, but I am going to watch NYSM 1 by Sunday. Not only for Harrelson, but also because I love magic, but I like it up close and personal; sleight of hand card tricks, montes, disappearing coins. I get annoyed with the disappearing elephants and David Copperhead magic. Still, it'll be good to see Morgan Freeman, too.

The De Niro film sounds like fun. Thanks for the heads-up. Will be sure to catch that. I like seeing him in those kinds of films. I wish I saw more great actors take the chances De Niro takes.

I saw this tonight:

As I was watching the previews, I was groggy and wondering if I should just get my money back and go home and to bed early but the second the movie started, I was all in.

This is an absolutely phenomenal movie. It's over 2 hours but felt like it flew by. Soooooo good. The acting was superb. I cheered for the good guys and wanted to punch the bad guys in the snoz, like it should be.

I can't say enough about it. Well done!

As a side note, I learned that I can expect this later this year:

I'm thinking this is the last one.

Maybe.
