Bésame, this is the recipe I used for the red lentil curry. I never use store bought curry powder because a lot of it has flour in it, also because I prefer to make adjustments as the dish cooks. I'm weird like that.

I will admit that I did not do a good job eating today. Some days I forget to eat. For dinner I made myself have a turkey and ham sandwich with cheese, pickles, and fresh tomato.

I made up a jar of basil cashew "cream" sauce, (no dairy) a few minutes ago that is begging for a plate of pasta, and I have a salad already made. So tonight I will just need to cook up some quinoa spaghetti and I will be good to go for dinner.

I had a cup of cashew ginger carrot soup and then a cup of creamy butternut squash soup, a Halo, some Cheetos and some candy.
With exception of the chocolate milk I drank, it was a very orange dining experience.
