I send out positive thoughts and positive energy for this day. I need to remember how blessed I actually am. I may not have everything I WANT, but I definately I have everything that I NEED.

Sending out a big greeting for this new day! Happy to wake up and start a new day filled with new possibilities. Try to just stay in the moment and not look back, since I'm not going that way. I'm going forward. Today I will look for the magic in the little things.

I must try to be more patient
I must try not to over-react (especially with small,minor and petty things)
I must continue to harness and control the hot blooded side of my mixed race background.
I should count to 100 while biting my tongue and walk away more often.
I should put on my headphones and listen to the sounds whales make more often.
