I don't know what possessed me...I had 3 hours between clients so I came home and made lunch...

I boiled a rice in a bag and added in frozen cauliflower broccoli mix...then some chicken/spinach/feta sausage...a sprinkle of salt and pepper and some parmesan cheese. It tasted like a nice risotto...

Sometimes I'm a wicked good cook. For my tastes any way. And really...that's all that matters at his point in time

Exactly. I've stopped giving them and Hobby Lobby (that one hurt too) my dollars because of their political agenda against and moral stance towards our GLBTAQQI community.

I hope I didn't forget anyone. It's early and I didn't get a lot of sleep last night.

I have found a suitable substitute for waffle fries in the freezer section so that helps with that and, looking at my bill from yesterday, Michael's and AC Moore have clearly helped me with my Hobby Lobby withdrawals. My conscious is clear!

To be thread compliant, though, I had basmati rice with kielbasa coins and sautéed peppers and mushrooms yesterday. I also had red velvet cake as dessert.
