Lunch: What's on the menu?

I don't know what possessed me...I had 3 hours between clients so I came home and made lunch...

I boiled a rice in a bag and added in frozen cauliflower broccoli mix...then some chicken/spinach/feta sausage...a sprinkle of salt and pepper and some parmesan cheese. It tasted like a nice risotto...

Sometimes I'm a wicked good cook. For my tastes any way. And really...that's all that matters at his point in time

I had zuppa toscana and a fettuccine alfredo bowl.

I had fish sticks and this time I only burned one side, not both and only a little on that one side not bad so - progress. Cottage chesse and tomato slices rounded out the meal.

I am having homemade beef enchiladas with fresh corn cut off the cob. Hey, no dessert in my lunch bag! I will fix that soon.

Yes, I make my own lunch and I forgot to put dessert in the lunch bag. Or did the kitties take my dessert? Haha!
