Ritz crackers, Kraft cheese slices, low sodium thin sliced Hillshire Farm turkey breast lunch meat which tasted the usual amount of salty and not at all low sodium which is probably why it didn't sell and wound up on sale, going for a song at Grocery Outlet and made it just right for me.

I had 2 hard boiled eggs and a slice of wheat toast with hummus...

I was still peckish so I sliced up some strawberries and had them with yogurt and granola

Peppermint green tea to drink
