Studying Molecular Gastronomy techniques. The school where I teach cooking classes has asked if I could add this to my rotation. At first I was like

but now I'm like

cause it looks like a lot of fun. I am going in to test the chemistry kits out and experiment tomorrow so tonight I am studying up and researching recipes/techniques.
