Missing group because my thoughts being elsewhere I forgot all about it, having some peanut chicken that was supposed to be for my son, till I burned/rendered it unfit for gift giving. Listening to my neighbors rock out and trying to decide which song I'm going to answer back with as soon as their track stops playing. Laughing at mail my spam filter caught that seeks to assure me - hot, young Russian brides desperately want me for their groom. Trying to remember how to do a four plait rather than more traditional three strand French braid by feel and realizing this is a task better preformed aided by two mirrors, or even better saved for a day when somebody else is around to help. Putting on Bloodhound Gang's - I Wish I were Queer So I Could Get Chicks, for the neighbors. And now that I've finished dinner and given up on getting fancy around putting my hair up - searching for some scrunchie other than this god awful orange one that will match my pajama bottoms, so with my hair no longer in my eyes I can undistracted pick back up where I left off with the online window shopping.

Drinking very strong coffee, listening to NPR, having breakfast, envying Monte who gets to nap all day - we were both up all night but unlike him I have to stay awake so I can get back on track. I’d rather force myself to stay awake here at home today than be tired and fighting to stay awake at work tomorrow. Insomnia stinks.
