Well I have heard that it's best to eat your heavy meal mid-day, but I eat it when it's convenient for me. Is it better to go to work with a horrible cold, or stay home so not to pass it on to your coworkers and make them sick?

I think the extended warranty is good for major appliances like the washer, stove, etc. Is it better to cut off all ties with toxic friends or just treat them as an acquaintance, and not spend much time with them?

It's more interesting to take each day as it comes, but it's better to plan ahead. I like goals and deadlines. I don't always obtain the goal and may not always meet the deadline, but setting goals keeps me on track and keeps me headed in the direction I want to travel.
