We have been looking at others since this provider has basically gone out of business, has no support and likely has been targetted by attackers. I can't guarantee that we'll be able to get it done quickly however.

I'll give an heads up to Medusa. Perhaps this might be an incentive to move to another chat program.

The reality is if the chat site is truly being used for malware it could impact any user regardless of the browser used.
