Deaths and Injuries in Police Custody

I work for the children and youth advocate, and we routinely do investigations into children and youth who die or are afflicted with critical injury in youth custody. We recently made a major release around a special investigation around an Indigenous, Deaf youth who died in custody - there are huge systemic issues at work where I live, only with our Indigenous population, they face a lot of the same outcomes as Black people in the States in "conflict" with the law.
