One of my favorite shows each August. Every year, HBO follows a different football team in training camp. I ordinarily hate to watch football but find training camp and the pre-season games really interesting.
Hard Knocks '16: Training Camp with the LA Rams! The Rams left LA for St Louis 21 years ago (boo! Not @ St. Louis but that they left) and now they are back. I guess the grass is not always greener.

When I house and pet sit for very close family friends, I go on a binge watching : Law & Order, dvr'd sets of Dexter, and saved programs (PBS docu-dramas).
My once a year (or so) 'tune up'...
