Today has been a crazy day for me! I worked nearly nine hours and it is September 11th. This is one time in my life that I still get upset. Fifteen years later, my heart goes out to the families of everyone who lost a loved one and to the New York Police Dept, Fire Department and the city itself.

Putting myself out there with the possibilities of facing rejection hasn't ever really bothered me! Having been in a long term committed relationship, I know how much work a relationship takes and I guess unless I'm not fully committed to putting in the work, I shouldn't even consider a relationship.

I'm at a point where I'm good either way. I'm good by myself, although I would like to have more friends and family nearby to do stuff and socialize and to stop me from buying excessive quantities of craft stuff, and I would be fine in a relationship too.
But it's not a need. I'm content with myself. That's come with age. The older I get, the less tolerable I am of crap and that's the handoff....you get less to work with if you hold yourself and others to a higher standard....BUT the ones you get (if you're doing it right) will be of higher caliber and much better for you. |

Some people cannot handle me. I have found that Imgive up a part of myself in a relationship and I get taken for a ride. When I make this known, most but he's just stop talking to me. I am fed up with but he's and so called friends being fake. I am to old to play mind games. What really pisses me off is how a butch will look at me as if I am not good enough, because I am heavy.
