I don't usually eat lunch but I didn't have breakfast today because I wanted to go grocery shopping beforehand and have been too lazy. So for lunch I've just had a mash of leftovers.
Leftover beets from what I made the other day, with leftover maple beans that my partner forgot about in the fridge lol |

I had leftovers from breakfast for lunch..which was
A massive blueberry pancake, some eggs (which I have to the dogs) a biscuit (ditto; they suck when they're cold) turkey bacon and home fries... If any of y'all are ever in asheville, you MUST eat at the Moose cafe! Best breakfast and its right beside the farmers market. And it's right down the road from the blue ridge parkway. Can't beat it with a stick...
