1. My water kefir (keh-fear) grains finally woke their ass up and got busy making water kefir.
2. I can make water kefir soda now. This stuff is so good, (it is naturally carbonated) plus it's a great probiotic for your gut. 3. I do believe Spring has sprung here in central Florida! Yay! 4. I remain committed to my end of December decision to go full time Paleo. Good things are happening because of it! 5. I have worked diligently to find my way to the space I am in today emotionally & mentally. I like this space.

Blueberry buttermilk breakfast cake...

(My short legged, little North Carolina born/raised old boy was jumping thru it like he was a huge jack rabbit, then was happy he found "his spot"...and after we had to towel dry him, I'm sure he'll be happy when we get back to NC) Naps wrapped up in a favorite quilt and cuddled up... New, very warm, water proof boots from Tractor Supply... Reading today that Cheeto Trump got his ass handed to him by the Appeals Court. And made my day when I saw a political cartoon of Lady Liberty giving him a well deserved SMACK.

Having a couple of gay men in my life who work in the beauty industry who love to shower me with gifts. I just got a crazy package from one of them who works for MAC and he sent me 7 lipsticks, several eye shadows, strobing powder, mascara, perfumes, and on and on.
