Just an idea ~ make a few baked potatoes ( good size russets ) cut in 1/2 take the pot. out so u have a shell left w/ some pot. ~ cook eggs separate and 2 slices of bacon ~ add eggs in the pot. shell add your eggs tope w/ spinach and light cheese if u want serve w/ bacon ~ the pot shell acts as your toast ~ the extra pot. use in your other 1/2 for dinner. go crazy w/ your fv herbs when using baking pot.it's also great w/ sweet pot ~ or just stuffed pot w/ wings ( football food ) lol try it u might like it .
