I ran into a friend of mine today, and the first thing she said to me was, "How much weight have you lost?"
I have been sticking solidly to a Paleo eating plan for 11 days, but she was not aware of this. I knew I had lost some weight/inches because of the way my shirts fit now, but I haven't bothered weighing. It made me smile knowing that my efforts are paying off, and that a friend took the time to notice the weight loss. It felt good!

An additional 5 mg of Abilify. I just started this dosage 4 days ago, and OMG The Relief Is Amazing. I've been in an especially bad funk for several months, i.e., worse than the usual funk. Now I feel like I did back in the days when Prozac still worked for me. This morning I caught myself doing a little dance step to "Fame" playing in the elevator at work.

She was telling me in the message how much my new clients love me...and she paused and said "and I love you!" I really believe it. She went out of her way for me today so my car could get fixed. She was even going to use her own credit card. I feel the love...
