Lunch was a second breakfast...
I was going to just fry a couple eggs with some gouda on top. But then... I remembered I went shopping and had turkey sausage. And peppers. And mushrooms. So I made a scramble. Spiced it up. Topped it with gouda and fresh spinach. I tried to make toast but apparently the element went on my toaster oven. Sad face. But it was an awesome second breakfast. As good as any restaurant I've ever ate at.

Today I had El Pollo Loco's grilled chicken salad with cilantro dressing with one of my work buddies. She finally finished school this weekend (yay for her) so I treated us to lunch.
We had a good time.
