I'm so tired I barely have the energy to record my sleep. Last night I think I slept from about 1:30 to 5:45, like 4 hours and 15 minutes!

I am on a work week roll of not sleeping! The good thing is that once I hit Friday which feels so far away right now, I'm off for a whole week for a school vacation. It'll be sleep city!

Then I'll really have to start again to address getting sleep during the work week. The most I can say now is that it seems once I get too little sleep for one night, I can't interrupt the pattern for the rest of the week.

Perhaps I can make an effort to focus on getting a good night's sleep on Sunday night after the break and then see if I can keep it going all week.

I slept from about 10:30 and woke up around 5 for a bathroom break and then I dozed a little bit for about an hour and then I just lounged lazily in bed until my back said 'enough!' and I got up around 8. I was hoping for a longer continuous stretch of sleep on my day off but I feel pretty good so it's fine.

I slept hard for about 8 hours, then tossed and turned while I woke fully up for another 1/2 hour.

I slept so hard my face is a puffy mess from being on my side without moving.

It was maybe around 12:30 to 5:45... at best! So that's like 5+. It's really been a week from hell, sleep-wise. I'm so relieved that tomorrow will be the last time I get up to go to work for a week. This morning when I woke up it was without the alarm, so I hoped the clock would say something like "3am." But no... it said "5:43 AM" -- 2 minutes before my alarm was due to go off! I just have to survive one more day of this insanity. Thanks for listening, sleepers.

I fell asleep around 10:30 and the alarm intruded into my happy, snuggly world a few minutes after 6 this morning. Rude! I got a decent amount of sleep but I really feel that I could have used more. Today's going to be a busy day. So will tomorrow.
