Last night was a really good night. I'm sharing a hotel room with BB and my mom in Florida. I fell asleep at 10pm and woke up at 10am. Around 8:30 PM I had a large lettuce and vegetable salad with kidney beans, but I didn't have any problems falling asleep. That was lucky. I'm trying to pay attention to what I can eat late and not have problems feeling too bloated to fall asleep.
