I get up as soon as my eyes open, but I am not awake. I have to feed the pets and sit down with my coffee before my brain forms logical thought. I could also roll out of bed and get into the shower to wake up, but I prefer the coffee method.
I do not linger in bed unless occupied, or sick...I get twitchy and toss around. |
