How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

I had some online tension that kept me up later than I'd hoped. I slept from 12 midnight until 6 am, 6 hours. Oh, and some good news, that thing I was worried about regarding work seems to be going in the direction I'd hoped for. I talked to someone on the phone this morning to try to clarify it and it sounded positive.

Finally finished work, came home and was able to sleep 5 solid hours, and then the eyes popped open and just won't close. Stress is keeping me awake, on a side note, I anticipate a lot of sleep in my near future.

I slept from 11:30 to 7:34, got up and went to the restroom and then came back to lounge for half an hour before dozing for another hour. I would have been fine if I'd stayed up the first time. I was a bit groggy when I woke up the second time but those cobwebs were pretty fast to shake off, so no harm no foul.

5 hrs 45 min

Last night I got in bed at 10pm but didn't fall asleep until 12:15 am. Then I woke up at 6am.

I go through occasional bouts of asthma and allergies, and that is rough for sleeping. Lying down is the worst position. At 12 I finally found my inhaler and also took a Zyrtec (allergy OTC, also makes one sleepy- so it counteracts the stimulant effect of the inhaler).

Tonight I have a snow day tomorrow so I'm up late. Now why did I go and do that? Who knows? I'm agitated because my wife told me a small tidbit about someone taking advantage of her. She didn't really care that it happened but it has me so worked up. I'm just trying to chill.

12+ last night or really on Monday's. I work both jobs and I am up Sunday around 3pm until I get home a little after 3 PM on Monday. I crash and I'm lucky to hear the phone or anything else. Tuesday I get up and I'm barely MOVING but by 10am I'm rip rearing to go. Watch out world.

I slept from 3am to 3:30 pm, 12.5 hours. I really needed the sleep, and it felt great. I am still having these kind of combined asthma/allergy/sinus issues, so I always feel sleep is healing. It's sad to think that if it weren't a snow day today I would have been up at 6am as usual!

I slept so good. I bought a foam mattress topper with different grids for body comfort & relieving pressure on hips & knees. SCORE!

I feel very rested this AM!
