We started a lunch time management meeting at work. In observing how pathetic all of our lunches were, we decided to run to a pub down the road. I got a quesadilla loaded with basil, mushrooms, and olives.

I made a grilled tuna salad sandwich (with sweet pickle relish), for lunch. I also found three acorn squash stashed in the fridge; so I will make a nice creamy squash soup, for supper tonight.
