How many hours of sleep did you get last night?

My lady slept over 4 hours straight so I slept close to that...plus she slept 2 hours straight earlier in the night...so I got decent sleep for once.

I've gotten 4 - 5 hours the last couple of nights but took a non-consenual 2-hour nap this morning

NOT ENOUGH! I tossed and turned and listed to an hour of mediation and I still could not fall asleep.

I have been taking melatonin due to bouts of insomnia. I think it has an accumulative affect. I slept for several hours without interruption, woke up and took a 4 hour nap! LOL. I really must have needed this sleep!
