Boyfriend is out in the kitchen cooking up tacos while I do homework, and later I will put chicken in the crock pot to shred for tomorrow night's fried corn tortilla chicken tacos (tonight is just low-carb flour tortillas and ground beef). Looking forward to trying Halo's vanilla ice cream later
 We've been eating a lot of fast food lately being busy, getting back to meal prepping at home - chicken breasts and shredded brussel sprouts crisped up (thanks Dusa! We're in love! <3 )

I had crab cakes, coleslaw, hushpupies, and fries. Ice tea to drink.
Actually, I only ate one crab cake and gave half my lunch to my coworker. The crab cake was the size of a large burger. Yep, I am that guy I like sharing food.

Dinner was very late for me so it was just some soup. It was chicken and dumpling soup, which was good but still nothing to write home about.

I lost all the food in the fridge but was able to save the freezer food so I am making pork tacos.
What a hassel losing the refrigerator was but now I have a modern refrigerator that is really big. Freezer on the bottom. Yay! |

So far, it's Cheetos Paws and pears soaked in an acai and blackberry juice blend. I'll need protein but I'm not sure what form it will take. Maybe something with peanut butter.

Rice paper rolls stuffed full with lettuces, scallion, raw zucchini sticks, avocado and chicken, with paleo-no peanut sauce for dipping the rolls into.
I made quite a few so I will certainly have enough for dinner tomorrow as well.

Oh hell yes! I love collards. Sometimes, when I make a huge thing of cornbread, I eat collards every night for a week! Nothing wrong with that.
