OMG, I was such a lil piggy tonight. I must have a tape worm.

I had a big strip of teriyaki beef plus asparagus, rice pilaf, pasta salad, Mediterranean 4 bean salad followed by chips, guac and salsa.

Oh!

And two pineapple Outshine bars.

See?

Baked breaded chicken, shaved brussel sprouts, probably some mashed potatoes or corn. I'v been eyeing pepperoni pizza roll-ups on Pinterest but I don't think I've convinced the boyfriend.

Sitting at PizzaHut waiting on a large thin crust (cooked dark and crispy) Supreme pizza. Oh boy, I am excited about this pizza. And the manager is a hottie. Would like to take her home too.

Taking it home ... had to drive to my big city (blink and you miss it) for lawnmower sparkplug and a few bags of 50 lb Quickrete concrete mix.

It's just me, so I'm going to have a very late supper type of brunch: Four egg omelet with caramelized sweet onions and cloves of garlic; roasted artichoke hearts and roasted Brussel sprouts; evoo brushed toasted spelt bread; warm cashew, peanut, almond butter spread (for the toast). Mango-pineapple-guava juice, water, and hot herbal tea.

Chocolate mousse for dessert.

Haha! Mom and I had the rack of lamb, green beans, and mashed potatoes for lunch. I packed up all the leftovers including the ribs and some frozen dishes for her to take home.

(Came in from mowing lawns at dark ... still not finished. Another 45 minutes of daylight would have been all I needed to finish but I had to pick up freaking pine cones and limbs for 45 minutes BEFORE I could begin mowing. Needed something fast to eat!)
