Far less than I would like and that seems to be the norm nowadays but it's okay. I feel okay and don't feel run down beyond a little sleepiness first thing and getting groggy after eating. I would still like more, though, but the sun is not cooperating. It shines through the window and says, "Get up! Get up! Get up! Get UP!" and I begrudgingly comply.
