Last night I was in bed from 11-6, but really it was more like 6.5 hours I'd say. It was a fitful sleep, like kind of waking up every hour for a few moments thinking about the crisis situation of a girl I counsel at work.
Tonight... i figured I'd go to bed earlier. And that's why I'm sitting here typing this at 11:15, not yet having done my chores! My sleep remains a work in progress!
