I made zucchini noodles with my new veggie spirals gadget. Made a fresh batch of butternut squash and homemade hot Italian chicken sausage... it was delicious!!!

I grilled tilapia with garlic, butter and lemon and some asparagus. Plus we had sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in vinegar/water.
