Salad ..... Bed of romaine lettuce, thinly sliced sweet orange pepper, quartered slices of avocado, sprinkling of organic blueberries, titch of diced sweet onion, topped with chicken breast meat cooked in coconut oil and seasoned with garlic crystal salt and blue cheese dressing. And.... a dash of Montréal pepper steak seasoning.
I couldn't eat it all, so I saved half of it for lunch, tomorrow.

I threw in the pan few shrimps and a fish filet, I think was mahi (?) Added some butter (one of those that is butter but it is not butter?!) bit of olive oil, little bit of garlic, salt, pepper, little bit of orange juice
corn on the cob (it was sooo good!) and a piece of pita bread.... ...spread jajik on half of the pita bread and filled it with the shrimps and the fish water with lemon...

There was an on call incident at work last night, so I was able to do all the prep before he came home.
I had Naan bread, and topped it with a mixture of fresh spinach and Cilantro. Next came the grilled chicken, that was grilled after he walked thru the door. Swirl of Chipotle BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese and green onions. Broiled to melt. But dammit, the caramelized onions were left in the pan! I so forgot them...and they were such a work of art...waaa
