Leftovers! Found a great place offering a variety of Asian dishes and went there last night for dinner. The menu was mostly Korean but also included some Chinese and Japanese dishes as well. The food was excellent. The best I've had since living in Alaska where there was enough of a Japanese and Korean population to warrant a consulate for each. My only regret since falling off Atkins is I can't find a diet in which cotton candy is considered not only a protein, but also a staple food.

No breakfast for me today as I have to go to the doctor and get some blood work done. Normally I get up not really even thinking about breakfast until later because I go in late on Mondays. Today of course I got up and first thing I wanted to eat something. Isn't that always the way?
