Radio personality Paul Harvey used to have an daily two-part radio show....remember when he'd start his show in the morning with an interesting little heard of or even a more well known story? Then come back in the late afternoon to finish his radio show by giving radio listeners The rest of the story???

Paul Harvey coined this term for his radio show and when it's used in everyday vernacular, the iconicity of his radio personality is immediately associated with this phrase (indexicality).
