Trip to farmers market.
Gassed up my truck (cheaper in SC than it is in NC!! Yayyy) Made it home in one piece Cooked crock-pot Speckle beans -n- ham, Two peach cobblers and two cornbread cakes. Processed (cleaned and chopped using my new-to-me stainless steel outdoor butcher's table) and cooked four large bundles of collard greens. Fried up pork tenderloin in a glaze made from apple juice, chopped apples and Mojito Lime spices. (OMG, YUMMMM) Put up left overs for tomorrow and freezer, and prepared some to share with Mawmaw and deliver to a friend tomorrow. Cleaned the kitchen until my bones said ENOUGH. Somewhere in there, I fed all the farm critters and spent time with my furbaby.

After working 8 hours I drove 3 hours round trip to pick up my free dryer. It is a fancy dryer. Haha!
I am always suprised when folks don't believe that I can load, unload, and install appliances by myself. Of course I can, I am handy to have around. Haha! |
